مغرور، ھٺیلو، فخر ڪندڙ:

1 پنھنجی یا ٻین جی ڪنھن ڳالھه تی خوش ٿیندڙ، فخر ڪندڙ:

They are very proud of their new house

ھنن کی پنھنجی نئین گھر تی فخر آھی۔

2 گھمنڊی، آڪڙ باز، ٻین جی ڀیٽ ۾ پاڻ کی بھتر سمجھندڙ، وڍائی خور:

She was too proud to say she was sorry

ھوءَ ایڍی وڍائی خور ھئی جو معافی نه گھریائین۔
