Haile Menkerios (born October 1, 1946) is an Eritrean diplomat who has served as the Head of the United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU) and as Special Representative to the African Union, at the level of Under-Secretary-General, since 2013. He was appointed to this position by United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on 17 May 2013.
